Opt to schedule a live, interactive culmination session with a C.I.T.Y. of Support Education Committee Member in lieu of having participants submit individual culminating written responses.
Approved for 10 hours of continuing education with IL's Early Intervention program (Intervention: 5 hrs & Working with Families: 5 hrs) for each registered participant.
Eligible for 10 PDH (Professional Development Hours) through ASHA for each registered participant.
Each individual participant will be listed as a V.I.P. Graduate on C.I.T.Y. of Support's website. Special acknowledgement will be given when an entire clinic/office participates in this program.
